One mood a day. Kept private.
MonoMood is a small mood diary. Add one entry a day, an optional note, and tags you define yourself. Your diary is stored on your device, not on a MonoMood server. No account, no ads, and no tracking.
The problem
Mood-tracking apps often ask for an account, sync your entries to a server, or make a quick daily check-in harder than it needs to be with streaks, prompts, and social features you never asked for.
The solution: MonoMood
MonoMood keeps it to one entry a day: a 1-5 mood rating, an optional note, and tags you define. History, statistics, and reminders build on that entry. There is nothing else to maintain, and nothing is synced to a MonoMood server.

One entry a day
Rate your day from 1 to 5, add a short note if you want, and tag it however makes sense to you. It takes a few seconds and there's nothing else to fill in.
History and patterns, not just a log
Browse past entries on a calendar, then see them add up: a statistics screen breaks your moods down by the tags you've used, so patterns become visible instead of buried in a list.
A look that fits your phone
Choose from 14 colour themes across seven families, each with light and dark versions, or let MonoMood follow your phone's appearance automatically.
Private by default
MonoMood is a personal diary. There is no account, no MonoMood server, and no tracking. Optional App Lock adds Face ID or passcode protection.
Backup and recovery
Export a plain CSV, or create a passphrase-protected encrypted backup. Turn on automatic encrypted snapshots and MonoMood can keep one protected copy a day on your device, an Android folder you choose, or your iCloud Drive on iOS.
